Any calls you receive from any entities claiming to work on behalf of CIM should be viewed as suspicious. Please be careful when giving out your personal information by phone.

HOTEL OPTIONS OUTSIDE CIM ROOM BLOCKS

The CIM 2019 room blocks are sold out and, while we continue to try to obtain inventory from CIM host hotels for this reservation central, it may be impossible for you to obtain a reservation. We have therefore assembled offerings from these OVERFLOW HOTELS. They are not part of the CIM room blocks but are very decent properties at a reasonable distance.

The Official Housing Bureau for CIM 2019 Convention & EXPO is working with the hotel to fulfil your wait-listed night(s). When your reservation has been fulfilled, you will receive an updated acknowledgement via email. We will contact you on the status of your booking if your reservation has not been fulfilled within 5 - 7 business days.

Please note you will not be billed for any WAIT-LISTED nights unless they are CONFIRMED on your reservation.

Group Reservation: If you need to make 10 or more reservations, please email CIM@conferencedirect.com to obtain a sub-block request form.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one night's room and tax. This amount may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as April 8, 2019 (subject to change without notice). Cancellations must be made at least three (3) working days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your one night's room and tax deposit. 

Key Dates:

• Group Room Rate Cut-Off Date: Group room rates for the CIM 2019 Conference are available through April 7, 2019. No guarantee of group rates after this date at any of the host hotels. Book early for best rates and availability!
• Reservation Modification and Cancellation Cut-off Date: You may modify or cancel reservations via the Web or the CIM 2019 Convention Housing Bureau by April 8, 2019.
• Housing Bureau Closing Date: Effective April 8, 2019, the Housing Bureau will be officially closed. Any reservation, modification or cancellation past that date must be made with the hotels directly. We recommend you call your hotel on or after April 10, 2019, as hotels require a few days to enter all reservations in their systems.
