The Event platform will be accessible to registered delegates until June 14. Delegates will also be able to access all recorded presentations on CIM Academy once the platform closes.

Early bird registration
To receive discounted advance registration rates, attendees must register and pay the registration fees by April 8, 2021 at 11:59:59 PM PDT. After April 8, 2021, regular registration fees apply.
Delegate registration
All delegates and presenters are required to register. Delegates will receive login instructions prior to the virtual conference dates via the email used when registering. Confirmations will not be sent to more than one email address and the link will be available in the name of the conference registrant only.
Delegate registration includes access to plenary, keynotes, all live and on demand content, trade show, field trips and all activities of the conference until 2 weeks after the conference dates.
Non-member attendee
Non-member registration rates include a 1-year CIM National membership. Excludes: Media, One day, Visitor to The EXPO and Exhibitor Staff registration.
Visitor to The EXPO
Trade show visitors will only have access to the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibitor registration
Standard size booths have 2 full-access registrations included; Deluxe size booths have 4 full-access registrations included. Should exhibitors wish to purchase extra passes they MUST register as a Regular Member or a Regular Delegate to have full-access. Should full access not be required, they can register, for free, as Non-Member – Visitor Trade Show Only.
Group registration
To take advantage of the group registration savings, individuals must be employed by the same organization/institution. Discounts increase based on the total number of individuals registering at the time. Discount applied to each individual registration rate at time of registration, based on individual membership status. To apply, please contact registration@cim.org with the number of individuals who will be registering. A unique promo code will be provided for your group.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to registration@cim.org. Cancellations received on or before April 16, 2021 will receive a full refund, less a 25% processing fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations sent after April 16, 2021. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until April 23, 2021.
