In order to use our virtual event platform, and get the best possible user experience, our supplier (NexTech AR) recommends the following:

System requirements

The operating system (OS) needs to support one of the below browsers. Operating systems and browsers should be patched and up to date. While we try to support all browsers and devices, there are some limitations as the technology market is rapidly expanding and amount of devices out there. If you have a concern regarding a specific internal system or spec, please inform someone on your NexTech AR team so we can test prior to your event. We also cannot guarantee internet speeds on the users end which may result in poor performance, long page load-times, or poor video quality.

Recommended minimum browser version (or higher) for BEST possible user experience

Desktop:

	Chrome v60
	Microsoft Edge v86
	Firefox v58
	Safari v13

Mobile:

	iOS/iPadOS 12+
	Android 8+

Does NOT work in previous to the versions below:

Device and browser best practices

In order to improve the user experience and browser performance, you can take a few simple steps.

If your browser/device shows poor performance, here are a few things to do or check:

• The device is fully charged or connected to power. Devices on low battery tend to run at lower speeds to conserve power.
• Plug-ins, extensions, and excessive tabs can consume processing power and memory, degrading performance or load times and videos.
• Close other CPU-draining applications.
• Check for a potential issue if using a VPN by disconnecting.
• Use the latest stable version of a browser recommended above.
• Switch to a different browser. Chrome is generally the fastest browser for experience.
• Restart your device or browser and log back into the platform.
