Presenters Resources
Virtual Presentation
- The format of the conference allows for a 20 minutes presentation and a Q&A live chat.
- For live panel discussion sessions, more information will be sent to you with guidelines and a scheduled dry-run before the live event.
- Slide layout: widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio
- An email specifying the presentation date and time will be sent to each presenter on March 19, 2021.
- Presenters must register before April 2, 2021 in order to guarantee the presenter’s place in the program schedule. A preferential registration fee is set for authors/presentation. Registration may be done online.
- All presenters must record their presentations online before April 12, 2021 HERE and upload their PowerPoint.
- Publishing authorization form must be signed and upload in the system at the time of your recording
- If you submit a Technical Paper (not mandatory), you must complete the Copyright form at the end of this document and upload your paper HERE by May 2, 2021
