ALERT

ConferenceDirect is the only organization authorized by CIM to reserve hotel rooms for our attendees.

Any calls you receive from any entities claiming to work on behalf of CIM should be viewed as suspicious. Please be careful when giving out your personal information by phone. 

The Official Housing Bureau for CIM 2022 Convention & EXPO is working with the hotel to fulfil your wait-listed night(s). When your reservation has been fulfilled, you will receive an updated acknowledgement via email. We will contact you on the status of your booking if your reservation has not been fulfilled within 5 - 7 business days

Please note you will not be billed for any WAIT-LISTED nights unless they are CONFIRMED on your reservation.

Group Reservation: If you need to make 10 or more reservations, please email CIM@conferencedirect.com to obtain a sub-block request form.

Exhibitor Room Assignment Deadlines: All rooms must be booked by Tuesday, March 1. As of Wednesday, March 2, rooms not assigned will be released. After March 2, new reservations will be based upon availability. However, you can make any modifications to existing reservations within your block, should availability allow. If you need to add additional rooms to your block, please send an email to CIM@conferencedirect.com 

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one night's room and tax. This amount may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as April 11, 2022 (subject to change without notice). Cancellations must be made at least three (3) working days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your one night's room and tax deposit. 

Key Dates:

  • Group Room Rate Cut-Off Date: Group room rates for the CIM 2022 Conference are available through April 11, 2022. No guarantee of group rates after this date at any of the host hotels. Book early for best rates and availability!
  • Reservation Modification and Cancellation Cut-off Date: You may modify or cancel reservations via the Web or the CIM 2022 Convention Housing Bureau by April 11, 2022.
  • Housing Bureau Closing Date: Effective April 11, 2022, the Housing Bureau will be officially closed. Any reservation, modification or cancellation past that date must be made with the hotels directly. We recommend you call your hotel on or after April 11, 2022, as hotels require a few days to enter all reservations in their systems.

As part of BC's Restart, the Vancouver Convention Centre is now welcoming back clients, guests, and the community for safe events and gatherings. We have worked hard throughout the pandemic to make sure that our team is ready and our facility is equipped so that you can feel confident when you walk through our doors. As of April 8, 2022, proof of vaccination will no longer be required. As of now, face masks are encouraged, but no longer required to be worn in public spaces.
